Il est alors v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 si une personne, sur la base de son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle et de sa formation ant\u00e9rieure, remplit les comp\u00e9tences op\u00e9rationnelles professionnelles requises. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Votre profil<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La base de la proc\u00e9dure est un dossier dans lequel les comp\u00e9tences acquises durant l\u2019activit\u00e9 professionnelle sont d\u00e9crites de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique et \u00e9tay\u00e9es par des certificats ainsi que d\u2019autres documents. La culture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre attest\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux comp\u00e9tences op\u00e9rationnelles en vigueur. Tout au long du processus, les candidates et candidats sont accompagn\u00e9s par une personne sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en orientation professionnelle.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dossier soumis est \u00e9valu\u00e9 par des expertes et experts. Les comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquises sont reconnues en tout ou en partie. Les comp\u00e9tences manquantes peuvent \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e par des formations compl\u00e9mentaires ou une exp\u00e9rience pratique suppl\u00e9mentaire. D\u00e8s que toutes les exigences sont remplies, l\u2019attestation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de formation professionnelle (AFP) ou le certificat f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de capacit\u00e9 (CFC) est d\u00e9livr\u00e9.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exigences se fondent sur l\u2019ordonnance correspondante sur la formation professionnelle initiale ainsi que sur le Plan de formation de la profession concern\u00e9e.
