Parall\u00e8lement, tu renforces tes qualit\u00e9s de gestion des collaborateurs : tu diriges ton \u00e9quipe selon les principes modernes de gestion du personnel, encourages les talents et assures un environnement de travail motivant. De plus, tu apprends \u00e0 penser en termes de gestion d&rsquo;entreprise.
