href=\"https:\/\/www.fedlex.admin.ch\/eli\/cc\/2003\/748\/de#art_32\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.fedlex.admin.ch\/eli\/cc\/2003\/748\/de#art_32\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Art. 32 Ordonnance sur la formation professionnelle OFPr<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux professionnels poss\u00e8dent une longue exp\u00e9rience pratique et de vastes connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, mais il leur manque souvent un dipl\u00f4me formel. L&rsquo;Art. 32 de l&rsquo;Ordonnance sur la formation professionnelle (OFPr) offre aux adultes la possibilit\u00e9 de franchir cette \u00e9tape et d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir un Certificat f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de capacit\u00e9 (CFC) ou une attestation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de formation professionnelle (AFP) sans avoir suivi une formation professionnelle initiale r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La condition d&rsquo;admission \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure de qualification est une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle d&rsquo;au moins cinq ans. Une partie substantielle de cette activit\u00e9 (au moins 3 ans) doit avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 exerc\u00e9e dans le domaine professionnel vis\u00e9. Le travail \u00e0 temps partiel est \u00e9galement pris en compte au prorata. L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience professionnelle requise doit pouvoir \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement prouv\u00e9e au plus tard au moment de la proc\u00e9dure de qualification.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les comp\u00e9tences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquises principalement par l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 pratique, d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuelles lacunes de connaissances peuvent \u00eatre combl\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e par la fr\u00e9quentation de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole professionnelle ou des cours interentreprises. Une analyse de la situation approfondie permet de mettre en \u00e9vidence les points forts existants et d&rsquo;aborder de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e les domaines de d\u00e9veloppement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;Office de la formation professionnelle du canton de r\u00e9sidence concern\u00e9 d\u00e9cide de l&rsquo;admission et du financement de la proc\u00e9dure de qualification. Cela donne aux professionnels exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s la chance d&rsquo;obtenir un dipl\u00f4me professionnel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formation raccourcie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedlex.admin.ch\/eli\/cc\/2003\/748\/de#art_10\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.fedlex.admin.ch\/eli\/cc\/2003\/748\/de#art_10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Art. 10, al. 3 Ordonnance sur la formation professionnelle OFPr<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous certaines conditions, les adultes en activit\u00e9 ont la possibilit\u00e9 de suivre une formation professionnelle initiale raccourcie. La condition pr\u00e9alable est la conclusion d&rsquo;un contrat d&rsquo;apprentissage avec une entreprise formatrice reconnue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On distingue fondamentalement deux formes de raccourcissement. Dans le cas du raccourcissement individuel, les candidats poss\u00e8dent d\u00e9j\u00e0 un autre dipl\u00f4me professionnel ou de formation, ou une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle pertinente. Sur la base de ces connaissances pr\u00e9alables, l&rsquo;Office de la formation professionnelle du canton de r\u00e9sidence examine si et dans quelle mesure une r\u00e9duction de la dur\u00e9e de la formation peut \u00eatre accord\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un raccourcissement sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la branche. Dans ce cas, des parcours de formation sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour les adultes et de dur\u00e9e r\u00e9duite sont propos\u00e9s, qui tiennent compte de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience professionnelle
