La Convention collective de travail nationale (CCT-N<\/a>) de l’h\u00f4tellerie-restauration soutient de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e la formation initiale et continue des collaborateurs et des \u00e9tablissements depuis 2010. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des contributions g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses, de nombreuses offres de formation \u2013 de la formation de base aux \u00e9tudes postdipl\u00f4mes ES en gestion h\u00f4teli\u00e8re \u2013 peuvent \u00eatre suivies en grande partie gratuitement ou \u00e0 des tarifs fortement r\u00e9duits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actuellement, environ 30 formations sont subventionn\u00e9es. Selon la formation, des \u00e9conomies de plusieurs centaines \u00e0 plus de 15 000 francs sont possibles. De plus, les employeurs re\u00e7oivent pour de nombreuses formations des contributions de remplacement salarial pouvant atteindre plus de 7 000 francs. La formation continue devient ainsi financi\u00e8rement attractive et facilement planifiable pour les collaborateurs et les \u00e9tablissements. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
