Aujourd&rsquo;hui, les jeunes ont d&rsquo;autres attentes vis-\u00e0-vis de leur formation, tandis que les exigences des entreprises changent elles aussi en permanence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le projet \u00abFormation professionnelle dans l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie-restauration 2030\u00bb, nous souhaitons donc repenser ensemble la formation initiale et l\u2019adapter aux enjeux de l\u2019avenir. Il s\u2019agit ici des profils professionnels, des attentes et de la question de savoir ce dont le secteur aura r\u00e9ellement besoin \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. La communication et la collaboration, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9changer, \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des solutions ensemble et \u00e0 travailler efficacement en \u00e9quipe, ne cessent de gagner en importance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La flexibilit\u00e9, l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;esprit face aux nouvelles \u00e9volutions ainsi que la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer avec assurance des situations exigeantes et stressantes rev\u00eatent \u00e9galement une grande importance.
